HempNewsBreaks – Cannabis Wheaton Income Corp. (TSX.V: CBW) (OTC: CBWTF) Enters Agreement to Acquire Robinson’s Cannabis Inc.

Cannabis Wheaton Income Corp. (TSX.V: CBW) (OTC: CBWTF) this morning announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement with Robinson’s Cannabis Inc. to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Robinson’s. Robinson’s is a privately-owned licensed producer applicant under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (“ACMPR”) that has completed Health Canada’s paper-based review process and is currently in the confirmation of readiness stage. Per the terms of the share purchase agreement, the company will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Robinson’s. Upon the completion of the acquisitions, which is subject to certain conditions, Robinson’s will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cannabis Wheaton.
