Proposal three seeks approval for the grant of 1.9 million shares of common stock, to be granted from time to time to the company’s current and new employees, advisors, directors and consultants by the board of directors. Proposal four seeks approval for the issuance of up to two million shares of the company’s common stock to Bricoleur Partners, L.P. Voting on these two proposals will now be adjourned to December 29, 2017, allowing IGC stockholders additional time to vote.
