Innovative hemp and cannabis corporation Marijuana Company of America Inc. (OTC: MCOA) this morning announced that it has filed an application with the OTC Markets Group to uplist to the OTCQB Venture Market. Additionally, the company intends to file a Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in conjunction with an anticipated equity line of financing that will allow MCOA, once the S-1 is effective, to raise up to $10 million.
