Cannabis-focused research and development company The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings (TSX: TGOD) (OTCQX: TGODF) this morning announced that the settlement offer, finalized and signed between the Hamilton City Council and the company, was approved by the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal at a May 2, 2019 meeting. According to the update, the Ancaster, Ontario facilities will be capable of growing 17,500 kgs of premium certified organic cannabis on an annual basis. “This completes this chapter of our journey,” TGODF CEO Brian Athaide said in the news release. “We look forward to growing and producing high-quality, certified organic cannabis right here in our home town.
