California Governor Announces Emergency Regulations Banning THC-Infused Hemp Products
Governor Gavin Newsom of California recently issued emergency regulations to protect children in the state from the adverse health effects of THC-infused hemp products. The state of California was the first in the country to allow the medical use of marijuana when voters approved the Compassionate Use Act.
