(TASE: FNTS) of Tel Aviv, Israel. Under the agreement, the companies will form the foundation to joint venture business opportunities in the Israeli medical cannabis sector. The signed agreement provides Redfund a framework to access Fantasy’s currently-controlled projects, as well as those under negotiation primarily in Israel.
