In the announcement, the company noted that the strategic move aligns with other pharmaceutical products’ distribution models and allows the company to reallocate resources to support growth opportunities. TGOD’s national supply agreement with Canada’s largest pharmacy network, Medical Cannabis by Shoppers, means that all TGOD products will be available through an online store platform. Medical Cannabis by Shoppers is a subsidiary of Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. and is Shoppers’ largest supplier of certified organically grown medical cannabis. TGOD’s patient-centered approach eliminates the need to register with multiple licensed producers in order to access a broad portfolio of medica cannabis products and allows the company to leverage the national reach and distribution capabilities of Medical Cannabis by Shoppers.
